Social Strategy

Everyone knows Angry Birds, but Gen Z don't play it. My task was to bring together fans of the game, the movies and the franchise overall by reimagining their TikTok strategy.

Doing a complete revamp of their channel, I thought it best to personify the characters from the IP and use them tactically across different trends, rarely mentioning the game or films themselves. This fresh take on socials helped show Angry Birds not only as a brand that makes great content, but a brand that knows what the latest trends are.

As a result, Angry Birds became the fastest growing brand on TikTok after the implementation of this new strategy - gaining 1.25m followers in a month. Yep, that’s right, the fastest growing brand ever on TikTok.
